At the press conference, the head of the Delegation of the European Union to Serbia, Ambassador Sam Fabrizi, announced the European Sports Week, which this year lasts from September 23 to 30, in coordination with the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Olympic Committee of Serbia.
The slogan BEING ACTIVE, which is also the slogan of the European Sports Week, is a message that I especially want to share with all of you today. Being active is not only good for our health, but it is also very important for our mental health in these challenging times.

European Sports Week is being held for the sixth year in a row with over 130,000 events in more than 40 countries and includes more than 55 million participants. We are celebrating it in Serbia for the third time. European Sports Week is co-financed by the European Union's Erasmus + program and teaches us the key values of fair play, teamwork and inclusion.
