The webinar will clarify how to foresee the project costs and prepare the financial part of the project proposal. At the same time, it will explain how to create a budget, make the best use of resources and avoid potential risks. The lecturer is prof. Vesna Mandić, PhD, professor at the Faculty of Engineering Sciences in Kragujevac.
