Answer: Sole proprietors are not eligible for this Public Call. Although the Call is intended for small and medium-sized enterprises, companies classified as “micro” enterprises may be considered if they meet at least one of the criteria for small and medium-sized enterprises under the Law on Accounting (“Official Gazette of RS”, no. 73/2019 and 44/2021): the number of employees is between 11 and 250; annual revenue is between €700,001 and €40 million; and total assets amount to between €350,001 and €20 million.
